Gweinyddydd a chynorthwyydd cyfathrebu

Ydych chi’n weinyddydd profiadol gyda phrofiad o gefnogi corff trydydd sector prysur?  Oes gennych chi sgiliau trefnu rhagorol a gallu i droi eich llaw at gyfryngau cymdeithasol neu gyfathrebu trwy wefan pan fo angen?  Os felly, rydyn ni eisiau clywed oddi wrthych chi! 

Mae Benthyg Cymru, rhwydwaith llyfrgelloedd pethau Cymru, yn chwilio am weinyddydd rhan-amser i ddechrau ar unwaith.   

Ar hyn o bryd rydyn ni’n dîm bach sy’n gefnogol iawn o weithio hyblyg, gyda ffocws ar gyflenwi canlyniadau. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio o gartref.  

Contract tymor penodedig ydy hwn tan ddiwedd Mawrth 2023, gyda’r potensial i gael ei estyn os llwyddwn ni i sicrhau arian pellach. 

Hefyd mae Benthyg Cymru yn cydnabod gwerth positif amrywiaeth, yn hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb ac yn herio camwahaniaethu. Rydyn ni’n croesawu ac yn annog ceisiadau swydd gan bobl o bob cefndir. Administrator and communications assistant

 

Are you an experienced administrator with experience of supporting a dynamic third sector organisation?  Do you have excellent organisational skills and an ability to turn your hand to social media or website communications when needed?  If so, we want to hear from you! 

Benthyg Cymru, Wales’ library of things network is looking for a part-time administrator and communications assistant to start immediately.   

We are currently a small team that is very supportive of flexible working, with a focus on delivering outcomes. The successful applicant will be working from home.  

This is a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2023, with the potential to extend if we are successful in obtaining further funding.

Advisory Board

Benthyg Cymru, Wales’ library of things network, is recruiting to its Advisory Board as we work towards making borrowing in Wales as easy and as common as popping out for a loaf of bread. Since the beginning of 2021 we’ve seen incredible growth, and have supported 11 new library of things across Wales. We now need to identify opportunities and challenges for the next 12 months and beyond while building a resilient and sustainable business model as outlined in our strategy document.

Bwrdd Cynghori 

Mae Benthyg Cymru, rhwydwaith llyfrgelloedd pethau Cymru, yn recriwtio i’w Fwrdd Cynghori wrth i ni weithio tuag at wneud benthyg yng Nghymru mor hawdd a normal â phicio allan am dorth o fara. Ers dechrau 2021 rydyn ni wedi gweld twf aruthrol, ac wedi cefnogi 11 o lyfrgelloedd pethau newydd leedled Cymru.  Bellach mae angen i ni nodi cyfleoedd a heriau am y 12 mis nesaf a’r tu hwnt ar yr un pryd ag adeiladu model busnes cydnerth a chynaliadwy fel a amlinellir yn ein dogfen strategaeth.
